I first obtained my Utah attorney license in 1997 and chose to focus exclusively on bankruptcy shortly after starting my practice. Grady was drawn to bankruptcy law by the satisfaction of helping people navigate tough financial times and the joy of getting people back on their feet. Seeing the weight lifted off a client’s shoulders is what keeps him dedicated to the work. A 2022 graduate of the University of Connecticut School of Law, he has been an integral part of the Utah Bankruptcy Clinic for over ten years, bringing deep practical experience and steady support to every case. Outside the office, Grady loves taking advantage of the Utah outdoors and traveling. Above all, he cherishes time with his family, with his favorite ongoing adventure being fatherhood and keeping up with his baby daughter.

Chapter 13 Case Manager
Cindy McDonald has worked at UBC for over 20 years. She is the office’s Chapter 13 paralegal and works to prepare your case and get it quickly filed with the court. She shares the same enjoyment from working with bankruptcy because of the positive changes we get to see in the lives of each and every one of our clients. Cindy works closely with the case managers in the Chapter 13 trustee’s office and is very familiar with their procedures, which helps us get your case confirmed quickly.
