I have been licensed as an attorney in Utah since 1997. When I started taking bankruptcy cases many years ago, I realized how complicated this area of the law can be. I decided to focus my practice exclusively on bankruptcy law so that I could develop expertise in this field. I also really enjoy helping people move beyond their financial difficulties and getting on with their lives. I prepare and file hundreds of cases every year and I know all of the local bankruptcy trustees and judges very well. In short, I am familiar with the system and all the players in it so I can tell you with confidence what will happen in your case if you decide that bankruptcy is the right choice for you.
